Privacy and Security-Aligned Workforce Controls
The controls below describe available workflow practices. They do not, by themselves, represent legal advice, regulatory certification, or a guarantee that every client environment is compliant.
GDPR-Aligned Recruitment Data Handling
We follow privacy-focused recruitment practices by collecting only necessary information, using data transparently, and supporting candidate data rights throughout the hiring process.
Data is used for hiring evaluation, recruitment support, onboarding, and workforce operations.
Candidates can choose whether their profile may be considered for future opportunities.
Candidate information is shared with potential clients only for relevant hiring evaluation.
Individuals can request data updates, deletion, or consent withdrawal where applicable.
HIPAA-Ready Healthcare Staffing Workflow
For applicable healthcare clients, workflows can be designed with privacy controls for roles involving regulated environments and sensitive healthcare data.
Business Associate Agreement support is available before healthcare workers access PHI or ePHI environments.
Healthcare staff should receive only the information required for assigned responsibilities.
Client-controlled permissions limit system access based on job responsibilities.
Workers use approved individual accounts instead of shared credentials.
Healthcare-assigned professionals receive confidentiality and privacy awareness guidance.
Sensitive healthcare information should be handled through approved secure channels.
Defined escalation processes support fast response to potential privacy or security concerns.
System access removal is included during transition or offboarding.
PCI-DSS-Safe Payment Data Procedure
Payment-related workflows should use approved platforms and controls designed to reduce exposure of sensitive card information.
Payment tasks should use secure and approved payment platforms.
Offshore employees should not store or share full card numbers or credentials.
Only limited payment information should be visible for approved tasks.
Payment-system access is limited to authorized team members.
Payment tools should use additional login security controls.
Sensitive payment details should not be captured in screenshots or recordings.
Payment processes are reviewed and approved before resources are assigned.
Suspected payment-data exposure should trigger immediate escalation.
SOC 2-Readiness Controls
MOE uses structured security and operational practices covering access control, confidentiality, privacy, onboarding, and workforce management.
Access management, MFA, password protection, and device security support safer operations.
Internal processes include backup planning and availability monitoring.
Standard procedures support consistency across hiring, onboarding, and client operations.
NDA processes, restricted access, and secure file handling protect sensitive information.
Privacy practices support consent handling, retention, and data requests.
Third-party tools and providers are reviewed for operational requirements.
“Aligned,” “ready,” and “safe procedure” describe workflow intentions and available controls. They do not mean My Offshore Employees is certified under GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, or SOC 2 unless an active, verifiable certification or executed agreement explicitly confirms it.
Modification of Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised update date. Continued website or service use after an update may be subject to the revised terms, except where a signed agreement states otherwise.
